With Seagrass, Crown Team Texas set out to design a beach community like nothing ever seen before; one that melds spectacular views, nature, convenience, and community. 
To achieve this, all lots are placed around a central commons area that gives way to enhanced dunes leading to the Gulf.
Seagrass is designed to provide all homes spectacular views of the Gulf. An elevated trellis, something never before seen on the Gulf Coast, serves as a promenade to connect all homes and provides pedestrian access to all public areas, creating a one of a kind neighborhood.
